RFE-313	Add a new Rotate HMAC Range job Prior to SAKA 4.18, a domain administrator could schedule rotation jobs for a specific domain on each server in the cluster. Existing jobs include: Delete encryption requests (DER) Rotate symmetric keys (RSK) Rotate symmetric keys range (RSR) Rotate HMACs (RHM) A new job has been added to DACTool which allows domain administrators to schedule rotation for a range or HMAC's (RHR). This allows an administrator to schedule HMAC rotation for a range of tokens and spread it out across multiple jobs. This helps administrators spread out the load across days to not overload the regular processing of transactions.

Prior to SAKA 4.18, a domain administrator could schedule rotation jobs for a specific domain on each server in the cluster.

Existing jobs include:

Delete encryption requests (DER)
Rotate symmetric keys (RSK)
Rotate symmetric keys range (RSR)
Rotate HMACs (RHM)

A new job has been added to DACTool which allows domain administrators to schedule rotation for a range or HMAC's (RHR). This allows an administrator to schedule HMAC rotation for a range of tokens and spread it out across multiple jobs. This helps administrators spread out the load across days to not overload the regular processing of transactions.
