Fix root cert used when "nuvoton gen2" is selected in SAKA install script

The "nuvoton gen1" option for the "TPM_MFR" variable uses the NuvotonTPMRootCA2110.crt certificate for its root and intermediate certs, but the "nuvoton gen2" option uses ...2110.crt and ...2111.crt for its root and intermediate certs, respectively. Install script has been fixed so that the gen2 option's root and intermediate certs use ...2111.crt.

BUG-71

Move mysqld to systemd instead of init.d so that it works in Rocky environments

MySQL installation did not work as intended when the SAKA was installed in a Rocky system. MySQL has been moved to systemd to fix this issue.

Update Eracom sh/bat files

With a recent update to JDK 11, all java commands found within wizard scripts needed to contain the "-Djavax.net.ssl.trustStorePassword" system property, this was added to the `java` alias created during installation (or added through upgrade). Some wizards were not updated to use this alias and have now been fixed.
