Possible values: true/false
When enabled is set to true, SKFS checks for at least one active Digital Asset Link (DAL) target and associated x509 certificate in the database. If a valid DAL target is found, it loads the DAL information into a map. If no valid DAL information is found, the policy is loaded with DAL set to false.
