Monitoring SSO Certificates

With the release of version 4.12.0, an automatic timer EJB has been added to routinely check SSO certificate expiration. Whenever the local time reaches 12:00:00 AM, the expiration dates for every domain's SSO certificates are checked. If any of these certificates are expiring within the month, a warning message will be printed to the logs.
