Remove delete account from SKSO Key Management Page

The delete account functionality is only intended for testing purposes and not required for production applications.

Show a default Credential Name while registering in SKSO

While registering the Add FIDO Credential dialog box has a default value of “Initial Key”. This value was already set before if the credential name is left blank but now is also shown in the Text Field.

Do Not Show Again option on the Credential Management Page for SAML assertion timeout dialog

When authenticating to the Credential Management page with a SAML assertion, a timeout dialog is shown. A user can now choose to not show this dialog again on successful authentications

Remove Location in the Credential Management page

The Credential registration authentication location is a WIP feature, so the UI elements to show them have been removed temporarily for a cleaner interface.
