In SKSO, it is possible to enhance the user experience by customizing specific error messages to provide more helpful and targeted information in the event of a particular error during regular operation. To customize a specific message, include the desired custom message with the appropriate key in the skso-messages.properties file, which can be found at the location /usr/local/strongauth/skso/etc/.
For instance, let's say one wants to personalize the message associated with the code SKSO-WS-ERR-1000 and convey a tailor-made statement like "An error has occurred. Please contact the help desk at 1800-100-HELP." In such a scenario, simply include the subsequent line into the skso-messages.properties file:
SKSO-WS-ERR-1000=An error has occurred. Please contact the help desk at 1800-100-HELP
For each additional custom message, add a new line in the file. The following is a comprehensive list of the message codes and corresponding messages that can be customized.
